The warranty for all Instagrid products is 4 years.
What is the weight of the product with packaging?
Instagrid ONE weighs 23 kg, including packaging. Package dimensions are as follows: 548mm x 227mm x 480mm.
Instagrid GO weighs 23kg, including packaging. Package dimensions are as follows: 580mm x 240mm x 500mm.
Instagrid LINK weighs 4,5 kg, including packaging. Package dimensions are as follows: 410mm x 380mm x 170mm.
Instagrid LINK MAX weights 7 kg, including packaging. Package dimensions are as follows: 430mm x 370mm x 230mm
Note: If your order is dispatched on a pallet, it will be delivered to the front door of your building.
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has left us, you will receive an email with your tracking information to follow its progress. If you were informed that your order was dispatched on a pallet, all tracking information can be requested from our Customer Support team at: support@instagrid.co.
What happens if I miss the scheduled delivery?
All deliveries are made by courier services. If you miss the scheduled delivery, the courier company will contact you and make arrangements for another date and time. Or, if applicable, they will provide you with pickup-point details. If you were informed that your order was dispatched on a pallet, please contact our Customer Support team at: support@instagrid.co.
